Her dad wanted to gave position of patriarch to her, but she refuses. That's when Shen Fei from Sacred Family rushes in and demand Ning'er to come with him. Nig'er offers to fight against hm and if she loses she would go with him back to Sacred Family. What happened next was that Shen Fei got beaten completely.
Well I hoped that Ye Zhong would find Ziyun and Nie Li together and the beat him up, but this also works.
