Towards the end of the chapter Nie Li notice some old man that is probably Legend rank, and Nie Li gets scared.

 and we heard old man mubling to himself Emperor Kong Ming puzzle.

I loved this chapter... it had some interesting backstory and the world got more in the setting... so now we know much more about everything and what future possibilities hold.
