Chapter 35: Soul Shackling Chains

After Liu Ming agreed to go with Junior Mu and her group to a mission, he went back to try and learn Soul Shackling Chains ability. When he left, Junior Mu and Senior Du  continued to discus Liu Ming.

“Senior, you should know that the Nine Infant Faction’s Small Competition just ended a few days ago,” replied Mu Xian Yun with a light laugh.

We also learn more about  Junior Mu, we learn that she was married and that she is a widow.
Back at Liu Ming Room, he sat cross legged, and prepared to absorb lesser ghost and learn Soul Shackling Chains. He released the ghost and started to absorb it.

After a strange “wu wu” cry, a wisp of black smoke flew out of the bottle and after spinning around mid air, turned into a black ball of light that floated in the air. The ball of light had no shape or form and lightly shivered mid air.

 Two days later Liu Ming was able to learn ability and he exited the room. He tested it and to be more faster and better with that ability he will need to train. As in 1 day he need to join the mission with Junior Mu, he didn't have time to get familiar with Three Star Shield

It was only one day until Mu Xian Yun’s Sect mission, which meant that Liu Ming definitely had no time to effectively practice his Cultivation Method or his spells and techniques. Thus, Liu Ming could only familiarize himself with his new Practitioner Weapon – the Three Star Shield.

 He joined Junior Mu and her gang at Duty Hall, and there he learned which mission they are taking. The mission is Number 23, to gather 100 Blood Wire Fruits.

“We will be taking mission Number 23 that requires us to collect 100 Blood Wire Fruits. The reward is 25 Contribution Points and 100 Spirit Stones. If we evenly split the rewards, everyone will be getting a quite high income.” Mu Yun Xian explained as she brought them towards the stone table.

They all get mission ready and decide on a attack plan


I liked this chapter, it wasnt anything special but it was fun :)
